REFUND POLICY

At Né Pour Vivre, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging
Items must show no signs of wear (including fragrance, stains, or damage).
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged)
