During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

• U.S. Expedited: 2–4 business days

Once shipped, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows “delivered,” we are not responsible for:

• Lost parcels

• Stolen parcels

• Wrong addresses provided during checkout

If your package goes missing, we will help guide you through filing a carrier claim.
